Was unable to even enter the salon. Tried to get an online check in but system was down or otherwise unavailable. Drove up and parked right in front. Sign said someone would come out. After about 5 minutes I went to the door and peeked in. A lady said wait in your car we’ll be out. Went back to the car. Another car stopped a man and boy went to the door and were invited in. I went back to the door and again was told to wait in my car. After a few minutes a female head peeked out the door looked around and went back in. I again went to the door and again was told to wait in the car. After a few minutes a woman came out looked around. Before I could get my window down she went back on. Once again I went to the door and asked if they even wanted me there. A woman said “no we don’t”. This whole process took about a half an hour. During this time Three different men had emerged with obvious haircuts. I left for Great Clips where I was invited to wait inside and eventually got my hair cut. I’m an older gentleman and can only suppose that the elderly are unwelcome at Russellville Sport Clips.
